How many times a day do I loose my way? (too many) All sense of direction suddenly gone. Where do I go next? Better yet, where am I? Oh yeah, right. I’m here. Sitting, standing, walking, breathing. But that’s not it though… There’s more. There has to be more, right?

That sense of “there has to be more” is often what brings folks to meditation practice in the first place.
Perhaps, after some years of practice, we might discover that (alas) there isn’t anything more.
That’s when we befriend all our flaws, hindrances, and corrosive behaviors. We get to live in the friendliness of truth.
